About Me

I live in paradise and love helping people discover it. I’m curious about different cultures and enjoy meeting open-minded, creative, free-spirited people from all over the world.

In my home, everyone is welcome and safe—what matters most is your heart and personality, not labels or appearances. Introvert, extrovert, gay, straight, trans, non-binary, artist, priest, nudist, naked, nude, exotic dancer, refugee, or just a regular weirdo—everyone’s welcome! I don’t care about your labels, only your personality. Bring your quirks, your stories, and maybe something new to teach me—I’m always open :)

If you need labels: I’m a gay man, but totally straight-friendly—so you’ll need to be LGBT-friendly too. And relax… hosting or being hosted by a gay guy won’t magically make you gay. 😉 (in the end, it's not the fault of straight guys if they weren't lucky enough to turn out gay, right? So let's be tolerant 😂)😂

I host to connect, share stories, learn new things, and have fun exploring life together. If you send a request, let me know why you think we’d be a good match—it helps me choose the right surfers. And please leave a reference afterward; it’s a small but meaningful way to give back.

At the end of the day, I just want to live with an open heart, meet amazing people, and keep learning from the journeys we share.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet awesome people, share this little paradise, and help out wherever I can. I love learning about different cultures, and surfers are always some of the coolest people I meet. Longer stays? Totally fine—I’ve had guests stick around for weeks and it was a blast (plus the extra help didn’t hurt 😎). Couchsurfing lets me connect and help people at the same time, which I love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have my Private Pilots Licence and get to explore NZ from the air occasionally.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are a guest in my home, I treat you with great respect and will share all I have and just ask you to respect my space at the same time.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

My time, company, meal and a drink or 2!
I offer my simplicity, my warmth and my friendship to the people who want to receive them. My home is your home, I do not offer you riches but I give you all the love that a person can give to their friends.
