ABOUT ME

All about me! I'm Craig. I grew up in two beautiful cities and then decided beaches and sun weren't for me, so I moved to Berlin. I have spent quite some time now exploring the magical city, which is still my favourite. I just finished studying a Masters program, so I can FINALLY afford to travel more often. I work as a kind-of bike mechanic, riding around Berlin and fixing bikes that need some TLC.

Just here and there, really. Once I move in to my new place this summer (2019) I will have ample space to host travellers :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some cool people through the surfing of couches. Matthias the would-be pirate living on his yacht in Sardinia... he was pretty great.

Well... these things are impossible to summarise briefly. But! My tastes change over time with whatever happens to capture my imagination. Trainspotting will always be a favourite film, and I must confess that Harry Potter held me spellbound (hur hur) for many years.

Bungee jumping off a 111m high bridge in front of Victoria Falls, one of the biggest waterfalls in the world, which is on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe in southern Africa. That was pretty cool.

Hopefully a good time! I try to have fun and be outgoing, interested in other people and their stories. I enjoy having unexpected adventures, but I can also entertain myself and set off on my own adventure. So, hopefully, I can share a good mood and some fun experiences!
