Any time i catch myself angry or sad about something that happened i go drink a glass of water. I ask myself "Do i still feel the same way about the situation?" if so i drink another glass of water. Then i repeat the same question. I continue this until i am left with 2 options. I either get over the situation or i drink another glass of water.
