ABOUT ME

I like to cook and do very good at it when I really put my mind to it. I love to host and somehow I always find myself doing so. I am rather resourceful at finding what's fun to do for free or cheap. There seems to always be something worthwhile to do or free. I also am very quick to pick up an instrument and learn it quickly. Lastly, I am relatively versatile with intellectual conversation. I rarely find myself in a position where I have nothing to offer in a any group discussion.

Interests

As of the past year that I have lived in Nashville I spend most of my time trying to find decent musicians to play with while seeking out new places to eat and hang out. I would have to say that spontaneous fun really is what engages me most. I have the most amount of fulfillment when I am least expecting it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I saw a girl in Chicago hammered on a grated bus bench totally piss her pants in the middle of the bar district late on a Friday night. If she had been a homeless lady or mentally ill I would not have been so amazed. But she was just another barbie looking girl over-served by some douchebag that thought he was going to get lucky that night. Instead he had to roll a pissy girl into a cab for a ride. I don't know why that came to mind.
I also hiked to the bottom of the grand canyon. That was certainly the most beautiful and amazing thing I have ever seen. Very different from the above stated occurrence.
I also once saw the entire restaurant industry of Chicago shut down for one day when the Mexicans all marched in protest over some legislation that would crack down on illegal immigrants. I also marched in the parade. But it was really cool to see the power of the people. Needless to say the legislation did not pass.
