Well, I've been through a lot in my not-so-long life, but I'm still happy, cheerful and nice person. I think that you get in your life exactly what you give. I try to stay positive ;)

My whole life is my free time ;) I study, I work. I help animals. I grab some beer with my friends. I cook, and bake, a lot. I listen to some music. I talk, chat, listen, debate about EVERYTHING. I meditate, I exercise. I read a book, I watch a series.
