ABOUT ME

Grew up in the great State of Colorado. Didnt really like Highschool, or any structured type of public school. However, i did attend the Rocky Mountain School of Expeditionary(Based on Outward Bound Principles) learning for my last 2 years of HS, and had a excellent time. I have been working at bike shops for over 10 years now, and Ive been a raft guide and kayaker for nearly as long. Wasnt to sure what i wanted to be when i grew up, until i realized i had already become what i wanted to be, focusing on guiding adventure sports, and gaining experience in the outdoor industry, both commercially and educationally. I was a Kids Snowboard insturctor at Winter Park for 4 winters.
Through my experience, i have learned to get by on very little. Sometimes i joke and say all i need is a little floor space, a hobo bag on the end of a stick, a can of beans, and a pocket full of dreams!

PHILOSOPHY

I suscribe to the idea of the power of now. Its all we ever have.

I like to sure my passion of the oudoors, adventures, etc. And how to get involved in various sports like whitewater kayaking, and teaching progressions for all my sports i enjoy.
Im training on becoming a Wilderness First Aid instructor and Swiftwater resuce and technical ropes (high angle) insturctor.
