CURRENT MISSION

I need to find me. I feel that if you are surrounded by people who you have been around your whole life, you tend to live up to those preconceptions. I want to be totally free from those and dive into a world uknown.

ABOUT ME

I am an easy going guy who likes to make people happy and be around those with positive energy. Friends might say I used to be a bit more of a wild child than I am now, but I still know how to cut loose when the time calls for it. Rather than being the center of attention around a big group of people, I'd much rather sit down with a group of people and exchange stories.

PHILOSOPHY

I am currently working my philosophy out, and that is a big part of why I am taking off on my backpacking adventure. As of now, I see life as an experience with endless possibilities that we all must go through. Some are dealt a sweet hand, while others draw the short straw. What dictates the ability to enjoy life is how a person manages to live with what they have. There is no way that a person can live their life that is truly "right". Each person should be able to carry out their lives in the way they seem best, as long as it does not cause physical harm to others.

I am happy to meet up with anyone in the Dallas area, and consider trips to Austin. As a lover of Texas in general, and Dallas in specific, I can show anyone a true Texas time.

兴趣

Family, life, music, sports, and new experiences---I love them all. Most of my time is concentrated on my rather large family, and doing things with them. Music is a driving force in my life. My music tastes range from gangster rap, to dub-step, old country, blues, and even some catchy pop tunes. One of my favorite things to do is attend music festivals because I love being a part of the temporary communities these events make of the festival goers. Finally, life is something I am appreciating more and more each day, and the chance to try something new will never be passed up by me. I am a strong believer in the "try everything at least once" cliche.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On a trip to the Isle of SKYE in Scotland I dunked my head in the River of Beauty. Lord knows I needed it. Taking in the scenery out there, with very few modern amenities in sight, is an image burned in my mind forever.
