My name is Cress (or cressie, short for cressida) i'm 20 and from Somerset, England.
For the past year i have been studying Film production at an arts university in Surrey, England. Finding that this was not right for me i decided to drop out in favour of travelling a little so that i can feel i've experienced more of life before trying to get settled in a career, whatever that may come to be. After working in a coffee/bookstore for a year i am now studying film again in Bristol.
Growing up my parents took my younger brother and I on lots of short cultural visits to italy, around Florence, Venice and Rome, which gave me a great appreciation of art and history. now that i'm older and attempting to fly the nest so to speak i want to experience more of europe and all the great experiences it has to offer.
My philosophy is that any situation no matter how unfortunate and desperate can be turned around through determination!

I travelled around europe summer 2016 with a friend and had a great time meeting people through couch surfing and stayed with some really cool and chill hosts, hope to travel again sometime perhaps and even offer up a place to stay for someone travelling in the uk!
