Cristina - born in Romania, grew up in Romania, 9 years ago immigrated to Canada.
Presently working as a photographer

Started traveling/ backpacking in South America, Central America, Europe etc.

Interested in traveling, photography and journalism, humanitarian projects.

We are presently working on a photo project in Romania, in collaboration with Ovidiu Rom, non profit organization: Every child deserves an education.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Salar de Uyuni - Bolivia
A young Roma girl on the streets of Bucharest, Romania. She stopped next to me, asked me what do I photograph? I said " I photograph my town". I asked her if she lets me take her photo, she said yes. She smiled. She was happy and she made me happy. She offered me the most beautiful gift that ever exists: a smile, asking nothing in return. Simplicity, that what she was.
