We are Matteo and Cristina, both born on the 1989. Matteo is italian, from Pescara, and I am from Spain (Barcelona). We met in Innsbruck in 2010, and since we both liked it so much we stayed there!
I studied Medicine and I am working in the hospital as a resident of Anesthesiology. Matteo studied Physics and is studying a Master and working in a company.
We love traveling, and even if we dont have that much experience in Couchsurfing we think its a great idea!

MY PHILOSOPHY: Everything is possible as long as you don't know is impossible! Matteo doesnt agree that much with it though. It might be too optimistic ;)

I like movies which make me feel something. Crying, laughing, getting scared... Until now my best discoveries where: Life is beautiful, Amelie, American History X, ANY movie of PIXAR, Tarantino's movies...
But any suggestion will be apreciated!

I like reading in general... but its for me dangerous; if I get into a book, i wont stop until I finish it! So i try to read only in summer, otherwise my life stops...

As for music, I love Jazz, blues, salsa, rumba, rock, samba, and anything that has a good rythm!

Matteo has to find time to add his favorite things. Till then I can apport that he loves sport movies (climbing movies), many different types of music but hates reading. I managed to make him read the Phantom Tollbooth though! And the first book of the Earth´s Children. My favourites :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I heard the breath of a whale in the middle of sea, really close to us but we couldnt see it, in the dark night. Such a deep and grave sound, that paralized me!

We are usually very busy, but we are welcome to host someone for a couple of days. We work from 7-8am to 16-18h, so we only have time afterwards. I often have nightshifts, but Matteo is usually there. To go for a coffee of for an austrian meal might be possible but we can´t assure it! Otherwise a nice italian or spanish meal at home is the best we can offer.
We know a bit around, we can give advice for climbing or hiking, eating, ect. It might not be the best to go to Austria and stay with spanish and italian people, hehehe but well, nowadays the world has gone international!
