Hi! I'm Cristina, from Madrid, born and raised! If I had to describe myself in three words they would be friendly, dreamy and a good listener.
Traveling is my true passion and my medicine, it is what helps me to sort my life out. I love new experiences and learning new cultures - actually learning is one of my favorite things to do!
I'm also easygoing and simple, I enjoy small things.
I'd love to share a wine, beer or coffee and hear all about your traveling stories :)
My ultimate dream is to travel on a shoestring for an undefined time and no itinerary - eyes on South America. So if anyone has had this experience, I'd love to hear!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently planning a long trip and honestly this is the best way to make the most out of it, to meet local people and to get the best bits of every place you're visiting. I've couchsurfed a couple of times and you get to see the place in a whole different way, and I can't wait to do it again.

Interests

My hobbies are basically reading and writing. I also like social networks a lot, but I am detoxing from Instagram for a while. I also enjoy a lot doing sport, specially outdoors. What I love doing the most is spending time with my loved ones - that is vital for me. Oh, and traveling of course!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't done anything out of the books, specially compared to the great stories shared here to be honest! I've kissed Rafa Nadal in the cheeks if that counts ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a great tortilla de patata and why not bragging a little, some nice company. I like to learn a lot about other cultures and I'm a journalist, so expect a few questions. I also like to share about politics. I can teach you some Spanish as well!
