ABOUT ME

Ahoy there! I'm Cristal and I am currently working as a Civil Engineer in downtown Houston. I want to be Tina Fey when I grow up. I love sarcasm, puns, and traveling. I used to be in drumline/DCI but I now consider myself retired. I laugh too much. Oh, I have an overly affectionate cat named Cali which is short for California Calico. I'm very creative.

PHILOSOPHY

Live. Don't over-plan or over-analyze. Life's too short. Stop setting high expectations and being upset when nothing or nobody meets them.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Amazing thing done: Traveled across most of America with family road trips and mainly Drum Corps.

Amazing thing seen: On a summer trip to Alaska, we climbed up a mountain just in time to watch the sunset and then rise again within minutes.

Bonus*: I caught a giant king Salmon and had to kill it by bashing its head with a rock (while I was vegetarian). When life gives you salmons!
