ABOUT ME

A creative brain caged in a very active body.
I'm passionate about life, and I'm constantly searching for self-knowledge. Positive people with meaningful eyes are the kind of friends that I search and like the most.
The world is too beautiful, complex and culturally rich to be left unexploited, so for that reason I've been globetrotting around for a while - so far I lived in over 10 different countries and just recently resettled in Auckland with my amazing boyfriend (that has amazing eyes and endless positiveness).
In 2011 I lived between Europe and Africa while working as a volunteer in projects aimed at educating children and young adults about cultural awareness and human rights and had the opportunity to learn about CS and meet some participants. I am here hoping to be able to host some great minds and pay back the surprisingly good moments that CS provided me so far, and perhaps to see this awesome community grow endlessly!
I research about international law, human rights and constitutionalism, so if you find it boring, don't worry, I can keep this topic to myself, but if you are into it we can have some fun conversations.

PHILOSOPHY

If I could shorten it to a sigle quote, it would be "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted by amazing people in Brussels, joined some CS meetings there, also in Saint Petersburg and Milano. I'm not that experienced yet but I'm working on it.

Intereses

I'm basically interested in humans and the things they've written, build and felt. So for that I'm keen on their laws, history of their civilizations, religions, their literature and arts, the modus operandi of their feelings and mind, and in the architecture (of their old days, mostly).

Well, I love reading, and some of my favorite writers are Jose Saramago, George Orwell, Richard Dawkins, Lolita Pille, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and many others.

And I also love movies. Almodovar, Francois Ozon, Eastwood, Christopher Nolan, Bertolucci, Kieslowski, Sam Mendes, Tim Burton, Fernando Meirelles, Inarritu, del Toro, Michael Gondry and David Fincher are some of my favorite directors.
