I belive that people are defined by the people they meet on their way. That's why every trip, every person, every little detail you see is important as it is going to be part of your personality. I have lived in a few countries but only for a short period of time. However, a year and half ago i moved to the Netherlands to study in the university of Tilburg. That's is when i realize how important is the people we meet on own way, people from places you can not even imagine or you have never heard about. And how some of these people can provide you with the best life lessons.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Before knowing about couch surfing I have always thought that travilling is always the best way to get to know new people and expand your horizons. However, it has always been an economic problem for some people. But, some weeks ago my two closest friends from Spain decided to try this new experience called "couch surfing" in Belgium. They were in four different cities in four days. They met awasome and interesting people that they would have never had the chance to meet before, they had amazing conversations and they got to know the city deeply. After hearing all the crazy stories they told me I decided to join the initiative. But, the only way to help to spread the word is not only doing couch surfing in other places but as well offering people to visit your city and encouraging them to travel.

My preferences are commonly alternative music and house. However I also like some classic music by Enaudi among other styles. So, I guess my preferences are not really defined.

What i can offer to the hosts is another perspective from this small city in the Netherlands. It is a really student city, therefore there a lot of cultural activites available but also a lot of parties during the week and the weekend. I can show a the city while at the same time we can have fun. Moreover, the city is situated two hours from Brussels, one hour and half from Amsterdam and one hour from Rotterdam and Mastricht. Thus, the hosts can easily spend one day in some of the cities around and visit more new places.
