Hi! My name is Cris and I'm from Galicia (northwest of Spain, a beautiful but rainy region, so don’t ask me if i miss the sun as Spaniards do, i almost don’t know what’s that 😂)

Since I left my country last year with the goal of learning English, I find very difficult to stay in the same place for more than a few months (living in South of England, Dubai, Spain and currently in London).
I also became a bit (well, maybe too much) travel addict. I always try to explore as much as possible my new city and around (my days off are meant for day trips, and I think I’m doing pretty good, since I’ve been in more places in England in just 4 months than the most of Brits in their whole life, that’s what i’ve been told😅)

I love traveling and meet new people around the whole world (I really enjoy to get lost around new places with my camera taking photos and filming videos about my trips (@crissy_wanderlust is my “travel” instagram)

I have in mind exploring as much as possible across the UK and Europe, while living here, and currently saving for my one way ticket to backpack South Asia next year (my biggest dream).

I'm a very cheerful , positive and open-minded girl . I always have a smile in my face and I’ll try to make you laugh too, either with or at me 😬

I love listening to music and dancing all day, joking, reading, walking around fields, rivers and beaches (i love nature and animals). And, of course, spending hours and hours looking for cheap flights, trains, or buses, just in case i can join an spontaneous trip to anywhere 🤩

Unfortunately I can’t host anybody at the moment, due to the tiny dimensions of my shared accommodation (that’s the price of living in London though 🙄). Willing to return the favour and open my doors to other interesting travelers in the future.

However, I’m more than happy to hangout with and show you around London (those hidden spots that tourist guides won’t tell you 😉) and tips (specially if you wanna explore 🇬🇧 for cheap)

Because I love travelling and meeting people around the whole world.
Couchsurfing gave me the chance to meet amazing people from different countries, learn about their cultures and of course, try some new and tasty local food (I ❤️ food 😋😋😋😋)

I love dancing, so i usually listen to latin music (i love bachata!!), but i can listen to any kind of music (my Spotify list is full of random music from every country i’ve been in 😅)

I also love reading , and I read any kinds of books, but my favourites are thrillers and comedian.

Come to live to the UK (and Dubai) and film videos about my trips and adventures around this country!

Going to Scotland by my own, with anything booked or planned, just my backpack and my camera, deciding every morning where to go ( it was my first solo trip and my best holidays ever 😃)

Also sharing lot of experiences and travelling tips (my friends say to me that I’m such a low cost fanatic tourist guide)

I speak Spanish, Galician, English and a bit of French, so you can practice with me some of these languages if you're learning them!

And if you’re as foodie as me, I can cook some Spanish or Italian food for you (who doesn’t like the yummy spanish omelette?)
