ABOUT ME

I'm an artist, doing dance-theatre and vocal improvisations, together with workshops teaching alternative techniques in dance, and working in residences with fellow colleagues. I'm a generous person, dealing with my bird over my shoulder, who is asking me a lot lately... have you been doing well, can you say you're having the best of your days?... let's see, hoping for it

PHILOSOPHY

to know how to develop as a person who desires to evolve in life, as well as being integrated in my being, exchanging my time with other cultures and talking about common and diverse issues.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

for now, i'm a couchsurfer, for knowing better other people and other countries and towns; it's a good way of getting to be 'at home' and feeling well, because it's a staying in a house with people who are willing to help others. I can host if you ask in advance and if i'm there in my house in Portugal, having free space. Hope you're not afraid of dogs, i have seven in my backyard.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

working with street artists
residence in Italy (south) where the nature really made part of our performance with its wild being
looking outside my window and seeing the mountain of Sintra (the Moon Mountain)
visiting Brasil for three months for an internship in theatre and visiting the Cataratas do Iguaçu. there were there great birds and other wild animals (quatis!).

everybody as the right to talk. making the other silent for the sake of pseudo-tranquility is a violence.
