ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Cris, a Brazilian backpacker travelling to discover what human life is about. And for me, couchsurf has been an essential part of my discovering. I'm happy to say that my bests experiences on travelling were on couchsurf platform. Seeing how the locals leave, eat, and your relationships with each other, is what really interests and inspires me. To me, travelling is about discovering yourself through the other. It's through the contrasts of other life's that you can understand more about yourself, your believes and about where you came from. I'm a truly passionate on anthropology and studies about human life and their cultures, and the travelling is being a huge part of this passion. Don't be surprised if I'm happier cooking with you and doing the day by day stuff than going to see the Eiffel Tower. To me is more about the human contact than the tourism.
