À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
The acquisition of SPANISH!
ABOUT ME
Every experience that opens me to new people and ideas is what I live for. I've been living in Tokyo for the last 5 years which originally was supposed to be for only 7 months. My mother is Japanese so it's been an important time to get in touch with my roots. I spent most of my time working and getting to know Japan, until I finally grabbed a backpack and ventured out. It changed everything. Travelling would never be the same again. I fell in love and will never again go back to my old perception of the "perfect vacation." Now I'm trying to get fluent in Spanish to get in touch with my other roots which are in Colombia.
PHILOSOPHY
"The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty"
~Winston Churchill
I do my best to agree and flow with the course of my life without trying to force anything. No matter how hard or difficult, every experience is a gift.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just joined cs as I was referred to it by my friend who swears by it. I'll be away for a few months, but once I get back home I would love to help people out in their travels whether by giving advice and showing people around or providing my extra bed. I know that travelling can only be made awesome by meeting good people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Still yet to experience.
Centres d'intérêt
Obviously I love travelling, but I'm also interested in living in foreign places. I love anything art and try to be creative with my photography though I'm still learning the more technical aspects. I love food and I'm almost always open to trying something twice.
