I am a member of the Glasgow group and have met up with others from the group a few times - one has even moved in with me!

I enjoy a wide range of activities: festivals, clubbing, parties, dancing, going to pubs with friends, travelling, reading, watching films, exercising, going to theatre/museums, parks, charity shops... there's probably more but that'll do for now!

I tend to prefer independent films rather than big blockbuster types. I like Guillermo del Toro, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Tarantino etc. I also like silly horror movies and studio Gibli stuff.

Musicwise, I like a lot of different stuff, but I like it to be fast and full of energy so I can dance to it. Techno, gypsy, cheesy 80s stuff, 50s, 60s, 70s...

I like reading books about other cultures and books where I can learn something. I also like books that are funny. Some authors I like are Khaled Hosseini, Monica Ali, Barbara Kingsolver, Douglas Adams, Martin Amis, George Orwell, Kurt Vonnegut.
