Recently decided to make a career change and follow a passion for food and cooking. I am currently enrolled full-time in culinary school in Chicago. The previous three years I worked in sales for a bank. Before moving to Chicago in December I lived in Minneapolis, MN. Bon appetit!

Being outdoors. Mt. biking, hiking, camping, skiing, golf, disc golf, boating, running, food: cooking, trying new restaurants, farmers markets, reading about food, food network, olives, hot sauce, drinking: beer, whiskey, bloody mary's, coffee, dive bars. Photography, politics, news, weight lifting, learning how to play guitar, Jeeps, baseball games, city life and driving in the country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I really enjoyed the experience of pushing a car to its limits on the Autobahn while traveling in Germany. It's an incredible experience!!
