To explore as much of Eastern Europe as I possibly can before moving on to other locales in the fall.

ABOUT ME

I am a 27 year old Professional Chef from New Orleans, LA, USA. I am currently traveling the world for the next year WWOOFing / HelpXing / Couchsurfing. I love meeting new people, laughing, having a great time, and learning new things.

PHILOSOPHY

I live every day trying to, more than anything, simply be happy and learn new things. I am very passionate about exploration of places and cultures, and surrounding myself with honest, open, caring and compassionate people.

兴趣

Music, hiking, running, reading, writing, wondering, wandering, good movies, good conversation, skiing, climbing things, bar hopping, attempting to surf and being terrible at it, trying to figure out the rules of Irish football. I cook every single day of my life, even when I'm not working in the restaurant. It keeps me sane.
