ABOUT ME

I am a member of the band Reverse Order and co-founder of the non-profit organization, Reverse The Trend. We teach students all over the United States how to overcome bullying in a safe and positive way and focus strongly on suicide prevention. It's not just a job to me, it's a program that is very close to my heart, and it has been the most rewarding part of my life.

I travel 9 months out of the year with the non-profit. Aside from the work we do I have the amazing opportunity to visit some amazing places and I hope to meet many great people while I'm there and turn them into lifelong friends.

Interesses

Music, comic books, and Magic the Gathering. We can argue over DC and Marvel all day and I'll be totally fine with that!

I love U2 and think Eddie Money is the most underrated musician of all time.

Movies too many to list, but I have a love of all genres and eras, but my secret love is for anything "post-apocalyptic" (Mad Max, V for Vendetta, Terminator, etc.)

Also too many books, but here's an idea: The Long Halloween, What We Talk About When We Talk About Love, Anthem, Farenheit 451, Survivor... I'm a big Chuck Palahniuk fan and I've also never grown out of my Harry Potter phase.

Just one? Alright well I was fortunate enough to be selected as a cultural ambassador to Russia last year. I visited amazing places I only thought I would ever see in my Freshman year history class, I made some amazing friends, and I got to do it all as part of an amazing program that probably benefited me just as much as the people we were there to interact with.
