ABOUT ME

I'm a regular guy currently living in Seattle, WA.

I love camping (especially hiking) and most outdoor activities. I enjoy traveling, of course, and do so whenever I can. A good friend of mine told me about CS and it looks awesome.

PHILOSOPHY

"It is morally impermissible to cause unnecessary suffering" pretty much sums it up. I've been a vegetarian for many years and tend to take this philosophy into other parts of my life as well. I'm an Eagle Scout and I like to consider myself a good person.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think hosting people would be awesome. I enjoy showing people around or just giving them a place to crash when they need it. It would also be really fun to visit people in different cities and to keep in touch with them.

While I understand that Couchsurfing is about building community, I'm not going to demand you read my entire profile or hang out with me unless you want to. If you just need a place to crash for a night or two, feel free to say so. I understand that traveling can be exhausting and hectic so I'm not going to hold you to any high standards.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted people from similar services and met some of my closest friends this way. I used to travel more frequently than I do now and would often rely on strangers for rides and lodging. I'd love to pay the favor onto good-natured people
