I am a college student with a love for travel and exploration. I am currently completing my degree in sociology and hope to go into social work within the next year. I am a pretty chill and friendly person and love to cook, so if I surf with you feel free to ask me to make something!

Music, Movies, and Books

Star Wars: A New Hope is my favorite movie, ABBA is my favorite band, and Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf is my favorite book. That being said in general I adore vintage movies, especially vintage sci fi such as Metropolis, have a giant soft spot for classical music and older pop, and am addicted to literary modernism

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I've taught statistics, especially statistics utilizing Excel and similar spreadsheet programs, as a Teachers Assistant

Learn: As I said elsewhere I am learning French at the moment. My dream is to return to Paris one day (I've only visited once but oh what a visit)

Share: I love animals of all sorts, not just the fuzzy and cute ones. Cats, dogs, crustations, and lizards all share my heart.

What I Can Share with Hosts

First off I can cook! I am more than happy to cook for you or teach you a recipe, in particular I make a mean lasagna and some pretty darn good soups. Secondly I adore movies, especially classic movies, and am more than happy to bring a DVD boxset or two with some classics to watch with you and share some fun facts about. Last but not least like I said I'm going into social work, so while at the moment what I say is not law, I am more than happy to give advice in that department if you need it.
