ABOUT ME

Me myself, I am a caring genuine person with a love for life and those around me. Life has taught me a lot about those that need what little I can offer. There are so many people out there that could have their lives changed from one simple act of kindness or exchange of stories.
I am a down to earth fun loving person from a small town. I like the feel of a hidden gem in the middle of the countryside.
Life is about the journey and enjoying everything along the way. I live my life and enjoy the moment and believe that happiness is a choice not something you can find with someone or buy somewhere.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is what you make of it, perspective is everything! No matter the circumstances there is something to be learned and growth to be had. You could say I am an optimist, but it is not easy for sure.
People are people no matter where you go and you will be who you are no matter where you go. Be who you are and you will have good results. Being honest with myself and testing my ability is my goal in life and never giving up.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new couch surfer and am looking to do some surfing in New Zealand and Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to it all. I have done some helpxing in Hawaii and Katikati, New Zealand.

兴趣

Anything outside more or less. I am an avid snowboarder; I love repelling, canyonering, backpacking, wake boarding... etc. I want to get into climbing, sailing and scuba diving.
I also love drinks with my friends, dancing, cooking, gardening, crafting, painting, and a good book.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Going to Hawaii was incredible! I stayed with a local and worked in his beautiful little garden only 2 blocks from the beach. I met the most amazing people and saw every part of Kauai I could in a matter of only two and a half months. Hiked the Kalulau trail with 3 of the most amazing guys I have ever met and got lost in the swamp with too much booze :)
Skydiving in Franz-Joseph with views of Mt. Cook. Walking on a glacier with crampons. Hiking the Tangariro Crossing in a blizzard!
