Meet people living in countries we want to visit. Expose our young children to different cultures and expand their Spanish.

ABOUT ME

Andrew: I am relatively quiet, sometimes silly, pensive fellow. I love to have long conversations, learn new things, improve my Spanish and hear about other people's lives and experiences. I am also a vegetarian.

Crystal: I can be a bit quiet, but prone to taking over conversations if I feel comfortable. It feels strange to attempt to describe myself, which might just be a description in and of itself.

We have two young children under six years old.

We are currently only participating as visitors and eager to meet people to hang out with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We stayed on a wonderful couple's couch in 2011 in Italy.

Interests

Andrew: Reading, writing, soccer, basketball, movies and some other stuff.

Crystal: Anything to do with fashion, the Romantic era or her beloved dogs (akitas).

Music, Movies, and Books

Andrew: Shawshank Redemption, Lost In Translation and Seven Pounds are my top three favorite movies. I have eclectic music taste, although my favorite music is hip-hip.

Crystal: Dirty Dancing, Bridgette Jones Diaries and Legally Blonde are my favorite movies. I love all kinds of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Andrew: Went to Cuernavaca, Mexico in 1997 in an exchange program. Changed my life.

Crystal: Giving birth.
