ABOUT ME

I was born on August 5th 1963 in Osijek, Croatia. Since 1991 I've been living in Vienna, Austria. I am divorced and have three children (17, 21, 22). I write and publish poems and short stories. Otherwise I'm a romantic and quite shy person, somewhat of a dreamer, but not conservative.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to offer couch to other people, but for the time being I'm unable to do so because I'm still living with my kids and even with my ex-wife (weird, I know). But I hope this will change in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just become a member of this community, so I can't report about my experiences yet. But I have often visited friends and slept at their places. This summer I visited three friends - in Amsterdam and Tilburg in Holland and in Roving, Croatia.

movies: I'm not much into movies, but the best one I've ever seen is still "One Flew Over Coockoo's Nest".
music: The list would be too long, but I like rock music between 1965 and 1975.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm... Once I spent a night in jail after riding on train without a ticket. Not epsecially amazing, but I guess I have to name one.

Teach, Learn, Share

There aren't many things I can teach people, but there's quite a broad range of topics I'm interested in: religions, philosophy, psychology, sociology, mathematics, physics, partly also politics (esp. in ex-Yu).
And of course you can play chess with me.
