ABOUT ME

My name is Christina, I'm 23, and I live in The Hague. I'm a college student originally from the US, just trying to enjoying life and learn as much as I can.

I love arts and crafts. I really want to learn how to make stained glass! I also really enjoy talking about history and topics of international relations. I love to meet people from different cultures because that is the best way to learn about them (much better than in a book or on the computer).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm definitely not a movie buff, but I really enjoyed Leon the Professional, Moonrise Kingdom, & Enklava (Enclave in English).

I read way too much to have a favorite, but I'm a big fan of dystopian novels, Russian classics, books about history, philosophy, and politics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the coolest things I've ever seen was the Correfoc (fire run) while at La Merce in Barcelona last year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a pretty local experience of the Hague. I never get tired or wandering around this fun little city and I always discover something new. Plus I always love to share my favorite places to have coffee and grab a drink with others. :)
