To learn history in the best way possible, IE to go to the countries involved!

ABOUT ME

I am a student in Engineering and I love school. I work at the same time, usually in something I enjoy such as a bookstore or music store. I want to travel more and I would especially love to learn another language, though I have no concrete plans for that yet. I enjoy a modest range of music, both live and recorded, in the genres of rock, electronica, folk, etc. I also enjoy novels, most especially fantasy. I am also a cinema lover, although admittedly probably a bit too Hollywood for my own good. I enjoy drinking, usually modestly, and sometimes dancing though not all that often. I love getting into good talks with people and I am always eager to learn more about the world around me, especially through hearing others experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Always strive to become better. Better educated, better rounded, more sociable, more fit, more healthy, etc. It never hurts to constantly try to improve yourself. Never believe that you are perfect, and accept that!

I have only just begun looking into the CS Project and have not participated AT ALL yet! I haven't even stayed on a single couch.

Interests

Some of this is mentioned above, but: music, movies, playing sports, coffee, novels, dabbling in computers when I have the time (which right now means poking around Linux and learning it), math, science, psychology. Any opportunity to learn about anything scientific or historic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favourite things that I have done in my life time may not be amazing to some people, but it is to me. Whitewater rafting through the Rockie Mountains, specifically Kicking Horse Canyon, is one of my favourite and most exhilarating memories. We got flipped over and I had to be pulled to shore by a line. It was scary, but I would not trade that experience for the world!
