ABOUT ME

This is my third attempt at writing something about myself here, it has proven to be quite a difficult task. Every time I write something, I read it the next day, hate it and try to re write it. I guess this sort of says something about what Im like. I can adore something one day and just hate it the next though there are some things I have always likes and always hated.

I think I've always been a big fan of photography. As a kid I was fascinated by my familys photo albums, I would study them for hours trying to figure out who the people on the photographs were. Some of them were clearly my parents, sisters, grandparents and known family, but who were the other ones, the ones I did not know? what part do they play in the history of my family? I guess I couldnt really find an answer to those questions but the important thing was I was curious about photography.After my love affair with vernacular photography, I started taking pictus myself and since then I've enjoyed it very much.

Anothe big thing in my life has been traveling, specially with my family. As a kid we moved from a small city to a big city some 6 hours away by car. Since moving we kept going back at least twice a month. Road trips became a constant thing in my life and I've always enjoyed them very much.

PHILOSOPHY

Making new friends, although challenging, is always very rewarding and fun, specially if they are quite different from you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first heard of CS a few years back. One of my friends mentioned it but I didnt really understand then the power it can have. Now I know it´s a powerful tool for making new friends and having new and wonderful experiences.
