ABOUT ME

Grew up in Hungary but as much as I loved it, I really wanted to see more of the world. Lived here and there in England for a few years. Then grabbed a backpack and a one-way ticket to Nepal and the journey began... I`ve been going back and forth between Europe and Asia for over 6 years now. I`m teaching super nice Arabic and African students in Kuala Lumpur and enjoying everything South East Asia has to offer.

That`s the thing about travelling. Once you get into it, impossible to stop. And why would you?

I`m just curious, love to experience and learn new things, always searching for positive vibes and laughs inside and outside my comfort zone.

Hosted, have been hosted and socialised with CS people a fair bit, I did my dissertation on Couchsurfing :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only positive ones. Many of my good friends I met through CS :)

People, conversations, music, food, photography, doing instead of whining, trying instead of wondering, taking opportunities, and go after whatever there is that excites my senses...

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Live music in any of its forms... I`m a big fan of good (how subjective.. hahha) music, can never ignore it and always need it. In any moment something can remind me of how much I want to listen to something that`s nowhere near my mind right now...

Have a fair collection of movies, love going to the cinema, as well. Never watch trailers, though. Like to be surprised :)

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Three of the many that first came to my mind..

Watching the sunrise in Nepal at the Annapurna Base Camp surrounded by only the Himalayas after climbing up neverending steep steps for 5 days...

...watching the same sun rising(..:D) on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York with a cream cheese bagel and a latte on a September morning after getting off the subway...

aaand...watching Kevin Spacey on stage as Richard III from the second row in a theatre in Singapore and getting a `thank you ma`am` during the standing ovation...... aaaaaahh... still processing...

At the end of the day, I guess we all end up teaching, learning and sharing... It`s more fun to find out what it was after it happened...
