COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in France, Italy, Germany and all over the U.S. I love it! I think it is a beautiful way for people to share their world and what they have been given. I grew up in a family that constantly took in strangers and gave them a place to stay, I hope to pass the same tradition on to my future family. My first experience was in Paris, an amazing set of French roommates shared their tiny flat with not only my two friends and I, but also five cyclists from Hungary! We spent the evening drinking wine and eating a traditional Hungarian meal. It was an experience I will never forget. I love couchsurfing!

Intereses

I love traveling, hiking, music, coffee culture, nonprofit work, cooking, reading, writing and so much more! I am currently planning a European adventure, which will including the El Camino in Spain. I cannot wait for what this trip holds.

Algo increíble que he hecho

An old woman taking nine Americans in off the street in a small town in Italy, she spoke English and just asked us in for tea and cookies, I still write her today.
Meeting two amazing musicians Rodrigo y Gabriela and having them share their world with me. Allowing me to travel across the states with them on tour. Then months later inviting me to move to Mexico and work with them on an amazing project there.
People's kindness in general, always catches me by surprise but as I experience it more and more I see that the world really is made up of some good people.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Smiles, laughter and a listening ear. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do for people, I hope to share some good meals with whomever I encounter.
