Chi sono
CURRENT MISSION
To figure out my future
ABOUT ME
I'm a Washingtonian born and raised. I've been all over, but to me the Pacific Northwest is still the best. I take a pretty relaxed stance on life. That being said, I'm ambitious, friendly, and outgoing. I really like whales. I'm probably going to spend my life studying them, if I have anything to say about it. That's about all I can think of for now. If you want to know anything else, just ask.
PHILOSOPHY
With a strong desire and personal conviction, you can achieve anything you want.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I have a couch to give, I will become a gracious host. For now, sadly, I'm stuck on the taking side of the equation.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Apart from staying at friends' houses, I'm a couchsurfing greenhorn.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto
I was once involved in disentangling a humpback whale from a bunch of crab pots. The poor animal was as close to hogtied as a whale can get. Five hours and a couple of scary moments later, it was free of almost all of the ropes. The whale swam off, exhausted. I still don't know if it lived, but I like to think it did.

Adult botflies capture mosquitoes and lay their eggs on their probosci(ses?). When the mosquito bites you, an egg is implanted under your skin. The larva hatches and lives in you, feeding off your blood and meat. When it is big enough, it crawls out drops into the dirt and metamorphoses into an adult. Repeat cycle. Creepy, but true.
