ABOUT ME

Im a student of History and Politics back home, keen interest in development and the like. I'm pretty open, no problems with striking up a conversation with a stranger but i do try not to be an ass.

PHILOSOPHY

I know it's a cliché to say that i live my life to try new things, but i really do. i rarely turn down an opportunity, never afraid to meet new people and i suppose if there was any one phrase i live my life by its that 90% of the battle is just turning up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is something new to me, so i want to give it a shot! im looking to meet some likeminded people who can show me the best place to have a beer, introduce me to a city and give me some good memories!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went couchsurfing to Montreal in summer 2012 and loved it! Would very much like to repeat the experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

love film, Stanley Kubric is my favourite director. as for books, most of what i read is relevant to what i study, so politics books and history books! music is a smorgasbord of electro, rock, ska, the usual stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Its hard to pick one amazing thing, i'm lucky enough to have seen and done quite a bit. i suppose my trip through Europe last summer was a highlight, I spent a few weeks breezing through Munich, Prague, Budapest (a personal favourite), and Croatia. Great cities with great atmospheres. not sure whether it was a 'defining moment' but it was certainly great craic!
