I am a fun-loving, fresh-out-of-college teacher living in Ghana, West Africa. I absolutely love it here, and am relishing in the culture and people (they are the most friendly you could ever meet!!). Some people call me an overachiever, I'd just say that I am determined and know what I want :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travelling is a passion of mine, I just wish it were cheaper... I am excited to find CS2 to help make it possible at a more reasonable cost so I can do as much of it as possible. I can't wait to surf and host surfers!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a movie, book, and musicaholic!! I am not picky (except I don't like scary movies!!!!)... but I especially love Nicholas Sparks & Augusten Boroughs (authors), and really do enjoy all music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to hold a 9ft. python (dead unfortunately) on the side of the road here in Ghana... that was pretty amazing!!

I want to learn about as many cultures as possible... not only learn about them, but experience them for myself.
