ABOUT ME

My husband and I have been married for 10 years and live in a house with one dog (no children). We travel at least twice a year since we hate the winters here. We usually go to the Caribbean (Cuba, Dominican Republic, etc.). We are both outgoing, fun individuals and love life and meeting new friends. We have hosted various Spanish students in our home while they were here attending school in Ottawas so they could improve their English.

Intereses

We are both active individuals. We both love to travel, the great outdoors, volleyball, movies, going to restaurants, weekends getaways, partying with friends, swimming, cards, games, etc. My husband plays in a baseball league in the summer and loves to scuba dive when we travel. I enjoy going for walks with my dog, reading and arts.

Música, películas y libros

Movies - all kinds except for violent, gory types. We love a good drama/suspense movie or a great comedy.
Music - all types except for heavy metal and rap.
Books - I read a lot (my husband not so much). I read biographies, fiction and non fiction. I enjoy mystery books, love recipes books, don't like romance novels.

Amazing... What is amazing? It is evidently in the eyes of the beholder. Amazing as in miraculous - I've witnessed my god child being born. Amazing as in remarkable - I've seen the grand canyon. Amazing as in wonderful - I married the sweetest, amazing man. Amazing as in incredible - the kindness of strangers while in a foreign country. You get the point. Every day has the potential of being amazing, you just have to open your mind and your eyes so as not to miss it.
