One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fulfilled a lifelong dream this winter of visiting France. The people were amazing, the food was incredible, and the country was stunning. London was just as sensational!

Teach, Learn, Share

Perfect Roasted Butternut Squash:

1.) Wash, peel, cube Buttternut Squash.
2.) Toss with a little melted butter or earth balance, ground nutmeg, fresh sage, coarse salt and white pepper.
3.) Roast at 400F for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

Inhale, let cool, and enjoy!!
