I live in a lovely, 2 bedroom apartment in North Melbourne, adjacent to the city with trains and trams on my doorstep. North Melbourne high street is a short walk away with lots of shops and cafes from which to choose.

I am friendly and easy going. I've travelled a great deal and plan to do more. I am always interested in sharing my experiences as well as listening to others. Over the past few years I have spent a great deal of time in SE Asia but love Europe as well.

I am from the US. I have lived in Australia for about 26 years. For four years I lived in Bright, a small town in Northeast Victoria. I have been in Melbourne for a long time and know the city very well. I can offer advice on places of interest in the city and beyond i.e. dining spots, entertainment, shopping, etc. And of course happy to hang out and show people around as well. I have travelled a fair bit around Australia so I might be able to help with travel plans further afield.

I'm on cs because I enjoy meeting new people and helping others on their journey. In stating that I ask and expect guests to treat my home with respect. While my CS hosting experiences have been mostly positive, my home isn't a hostel or hotel. I'm not a maid. People sleep on my sofa in my living space so please pick up after yourself. I welcome those who have an awareness of kindness and generosity and who don't take it for granted.

Also I can only accommodate 1 person for 3 nights only. And I don't accept requests from third parties not on cs. I prefer members who are verified but have made exceptions in the past. Also, I have a kitty named Babu.
