About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy life. Meet different people. Get back into exploring. Have fun!
ABOUT ME
I'm outdoorsy. I really like art, music, and theater. I also love sports of all kinds. I enjoy heading out to the park anytime to play sports or just chill out.
An afternoon at the coffee shop with a good book to read or friends to talk to is awesome.
I own a Jeep Wrangler-it's my 8th-and love driving up to the mountains and exploring some of the back trails.
I always have that yearning to just 'go'. There is a side of me that wants to get lost and forced to find where I'm at and aclimate to something new. So, when I travel, I definitely like to go somewhere new and different.
One of the best trips I ever took was a road trip down the ocean side of the west coast on US Highway 1. There was a beginning and end point (Seattle to San Diego) but no itinerary and all of the freedom in the world in between.
For the near future, I plan on spending as much time as I can each year traveling.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a very optimistic, relaxed, and inspirational person.
It's simple for me, "Life to it's fullest...Nothing else will do."
I feel a lot for those that are less fortunate in the world and try to balance out living a fun and happy life in the western culture while still reaching out to those that are less fortunate in other parts of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven’t done Couchsurfing in quite a while, but now I have some time while working on starting a new business.
I've been to lots of places in the world and while I'll never have time to go everywhere, It'd be really cool to have lots of people from all over the world to stop by my loft ( will be able to start hosting September’24.)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I first tried Couchsurfing, I met people in Canada I still am in touch with today. Since then, I’ve done lots of travel, but have found other ways to stay in cities around the world and meet new people.
Now, I want to go back to Visiting other cities and meeting people. And soon, hosting those that come to my city, Atlanta, Georgia in the USA.
Interests
Basics: Travel, Photography, Philanthropy, Culture, and Sports.
I like to go and do philanthropy every once and a while. I just got back from Kenya back in the summer and can say without a shadow of a doubt it was a life changing experience. In perspective, I realized just how little those of us in the western world really deserve to complain about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing thing I've seen:
A Sunset on the edge of the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. I was on a bike ride around the peninsula, and just as i was starting to go around the tip, I looked west and I saw it-an infinite range of color, reflecting across the water, the irish countryside, and the huge cliffs overlooking the ocean.
The view, the sound of the ocean below, the light summer breeze, and a mind numbingly amazing horizon to look across. It all just left me there frozen. It was perfect.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching/Sharing:
It's ALLLL relative. I have a lot of stories from life that people say serve as an inspiration.
Whether it be accomplishing goals, or just getting through tough times, I'm good at teaching people from experience.
Learning:
I want to learn more about the world. I'm interested in stories from different places, countries, cultures, and people.
