Hey! My name’s Curtis and I’m 22 years old from Kiama, Australia (couple hours South of Sydney). I’ve spent the last year living in and exploring Western Canada. I work at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, BC - the raddest place on earth.

I’m a lover of all things outdoors, travel and sport. I’m a bit of an adrenalin junkie and I try to base my life around doing incredible, thrilling stuff as much as possible! I’m a very open minded guy and have time for everyone regardless of any differences.

I LOVE having meaningful conversations with strangers and hearing about things that they are passionate about and make them tick - I just love hearing that people have a passion. I’m sure we will get along! Thanks 🙂

Interests

My interests can basically be summarised into everything outdoors, I have a huge love for nature and all the epic things we can get up to in it.

I’m into multi-day hiking and trekking, snowboarding, backcountry touring, downhill mountain biking, climbing, solo travelling/backpacking, playing rugby and a tonne of other sports - I occasionally partake in the drinking of a few beers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked with and cared for a captive, rescued grizzly bear named Boo in Golden, BC. Assisting in research of grizzly bear behaviour, conservation and being involved in husbandry of the world’s funniest griz.
