ABOUT ME

I am light hearted, always looking for a good laugh. Always there with a hug when laughter is not appropriate. I work hard for my keep. I clean up after myself and others. I aim to serve others and I work at improving that. I am always up for trying new and adventurous things. I can be very spontaneous at times, while other times I like a well planned out adventure. I always have a first aid kit and am ready in the event of a disaster. I will probably add more to this once I question my friends on what they would say about me.

Interests

Being outside, in the sun. I like being near water sources to swim and fish. Being near mountains to hike and explore. Gardening is becoming a passion of mine. I like to make clothes for myself and others. I like delighting my friends and family with homemade gifts and meals. I enjoy animals immensely, as long as they aren't mean.

I feel silly listing everything I read, watch and listen.

I like movies, except most horrors.

I listen to podcast from NPR: radiolab, this american life, the moth, fresh air, star talk.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working in New Orleans in October 2005.

Seeing the ocean for the first time, not just Puget Sound.
