ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing, open minded, and like people who also have these qualities. I like expanding my mind in as many ways as possible, reading random things, meeting people with different views, etc.

I've been described as apathetic, but I'd like to consider easygoing a more appropriate adjective. It's not that I don't care, it's just that both options sound good. :p

One of my favorite aspects of life is the humour inherent in nearly everything, and that it only takes a certain perspective to get a laugh.

Coincidentally, I like to ramble, put my thoughts out of order, and although American, sometimes spell words the British way.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what you want as long as you like it, plan ahead but not too far. "Don't be a Dick."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Summer of '10 I had many wonderful experiences with CSers across Europe, and I'd like to give back.

I've hosted two people before in my old apartment, in an entire room.

I now have a living room and sometimes and extra room upstairs in my condo, but I travel a lot for work so I'm not always in town...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Meeting random people, talking for a while, and THEN finding out they're on CS too. Staying in Spain with some of the kindest and coolest people I have met in a while.

I like any music that sounds good to me. My tastes are too eclectic to really put down, I tend to be able to enjoy most anything. As far as movies and books go, Sci-Fi books and Zombie movies, as well as any movie that doesn't suck, and any movie that sucks so much it's funny.

Quite a bit, I have no idea what to pick. I consider myself quite lucky in this regard, to have seen so much in such a short amount of time..

The parks in Sweden always spring to mind though, as well as every time I meet someone randomly who I know from somewhere else. I'm easily amused.

I really want to learn a bit more German as least to a conversational level.

I really enjoy teaching and learning anything about any musical instrument I can find. :)
