Hello! I'm on the road again (Europe) after returning to the States for a couple of years, which was after living abroad for the previous seven years studying and working. Having grown up in Queens, New York, and having lived in San Francisco and Seattle, Colorado Springs is my first experience not living on one of the coasts...or in a place where I can walk from home into the center of town. (And that goes for when I was overseas, as well, since I lived on the coast and close to town in both New Zealand and Sweden.) I'm into exploring and learning new things...of any sort from figuring how to sew to hopping on some random public bus that seems like it is meant to go to Uganda. I especially love meeting people from all over the world to share and trade ideas, thoughts, and gaining new and different perspectives on things.

Couchsurfing is not only a great way to meet locals when traveling but also a way to keep the traveling spirit going when not on the road.

兴趣

I like fiddling around with music, belting out some mangled songs on the piano or guitar that is best paired with a few glasses of cheap wine. I love classic cartoons and have dabbled in making both traditional and computer animated pieces. I love looking up at the stars although I can't remember too many constellations. I have itchy feet all the time and have shoestring traveled to over 60 countries.

I'm into to all sorts of music, jumping from classical to alternative, from jazz to folk, depending on my mood. Star Wars (the original one) is my favorite favorite movie. I loved the Harry Potter series which, of course, makes me weird and unique :)
