Once upon a time there was a girl in a faraway land. Wide eyed and tattered heart, she yearned to go farther. And so she did. She walked alone, and as she walked she came to the edge of her limitations. When she peered over the ledge she saw a light without limits. It was the light of all the beautiful souls she had crossed paths with, and those she had yet to. It was the light of the trees, the mountains, the rivers, and the oceans. The light of life that emanates from the earth and sky. It was the light of the universe. A myriad of colours penetrated into her soul and reflected her own light back out into the world. "Jump," echoed the voices of those she loved. Trusting the light, she jumped and in her hands she cradled her heart, ready for the fall. But she didn't fall, she flew. Overflowing and filled with love she flew in spirals through the light. Laughing. Oh how she laughed, like every cell in the world was bursting with the secret of life. Gently she kissed her heart and the hearts of those she loved. "Thank you," she whispered and off she flew, carrying the light of the universe in her laugh.
