Hi! I'm originally from Taiwan, I've lived in China for 5 years (four cities), and pursuing my Graphic Design BFA in the US, currently studying abroad in Italy. I like to solo traveling and meet people from different culture! I am a big foodie and I always love to go on a food hunt when I'm in a new place. I think food connects people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love stories and exchanging them with people. Travel to me is more like an attitude to life, when I have the chance to meet other cultures and learn different perspectives. So I always like to go off the tourist path, and I think Couchsurfing is a good way to meet people and see the country!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked 12 hours around the Lanyu-Island
Wake up at 3am to catch a 2 hours bus to climb a mountain in Oahu and watch the sunrise from the hill.
Took a 3-day train from Chicago to LA, and met two amazing friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

Worked-holiday in Lanyu-Island, it's a beautiful natural island that still maintains its aboriginal culture of Taiwan.
Diving: just got my scuba diving license last year, and would like to learn freediving.
Photography with my phone. I love taking pictures of the sky.
I love chasing sunrise and sunsets. They are just magical gifts from mother nature.
Anything food-related, including cooking!
