Hello, named Cynthia, History Geography teacher looking for adventures ✨
People say of me that I’m someone passionate and perseverant, but also very sensitive one. Tought this kind of exercice, describing myself is kinda hard, what should I put first ? idk
I just love doing things. Last year, I bought a house completely old and unfashioned. So I jumped into, and I knew I had to craft things and do stuff with my hands, and thats what I did (and currently doing). Fortune tell my dad followed me in this. So my daily life is much about going to work try to teach things to my students (from 12 to 18 y.o), trying to do some project to make them going out the doors of school, bc school is a kind microcosm society, not the real life. This year I also put myself in a brand new subject, as I said to make them discover the jobs of Security and Defense (army stuff, firemen, policeman, all thoses men AND women). Starting on september, and I m so exited.
And next to that, I come back and destroy walls, making over everything, painting, puting new floor, changing electricity system, build things.
I also share my life with my half, Corentin (please, make sure you can discover him on my following photos), who is working a lot too. Someone pationnate either as it seems, he works in application developpment (IT) for a transport society in France, His hobby : quite the same as his work, he just loves so much coding… so he basically spends the night doing so : coding video games for fun, and atm developping our own AI at home thanks to some opensource code (and my knowledge about thoses stuff stops here 🥲).

Together, we love debate, like we are 2 rlly different persons (no shit?), he thinks as a scientist with his algorithmy studies, I think with my human science lugages.
Also we love cooking and eating (please refer to my profile photo). Corentin loves drawing, I don t. I love painting, he does not. So we complete each other to finish art stuffs!
We also love discovering new places, as we were working for such a long time, thoses moments are pretty rare for us, so this summer would be our occasion (and kind of big time for us to celebrate our union from last year) :)
We don t feel like discovering places without the people. As I say in geography (remember, I m a nurd), spaces without people is places with no soul.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Doing an interrail journey this summer with my partner, I m looking for meeting the locales ! Usually I love doing woofing, that would be one of my first time travelling without it !
