hey there.

i'm an artist who recently quit an intense 9-9 job to start experimenting a bit more with life.

some things i've done since i quit my job :-)

- I spent a year doing art residencies
- I drove a Volvo Laplander from Denmark to Russia (and back)
- I had a solo exhibition for an artwork I produced in the United States
- I've "lived" in five countries
- I met literally hundreds of beautiful, open-minded, loving people
- I fell in love a bunch of times
- I discovered the subtleties of life
- I learned how little I actually know
- I discovered my inner voice and started seeking.

I'm essentially a chilled, curious, romantic minded person who when traveling loves to explore the old fashioned way. I tend to prefer hitch-hiking to using Uber. I camp or use CS rather than check-in to a hotel. I try to pick up a cheap map from a gas station to navigate. I like talking to people instead of talking to Google.

I love hosting people and showing them around places i know. i've done this in a bunch of cities as i tend to move around a lot and i know this is the best way to really understand a new environment.

when i visit a new place, i really try to live like a local as much as possible and couchsurfing is a great hack that helps bring people together. i really believe that sharing our stories and cultures is what brings us together as humans and brings with it a deeper understanding of who we are individually and collectively.

My interests vary and change fairly rapidly, but tend to be centred around art, technology, music and spirituality. I am often either writing or thinking about something to write about. I love taking photos, and making short films.
I enjoy playing music, I used to do a fair amount of music production. Being from South London, I also am quite obsessed with rapping and write a lot of short verses and poetry which I sometimes perform as spoken word. I am not quite the foodie I used to be, but I certainly love cooking - and as i'm vegan so this is pretty necessary. would love to share my skills with you!
