I'm a 19 years old student (finished high school and am about to enter university). I was born in a small town in Czech republic called Letovice and I've been living there my whole life. I've never been any extraordinary student (no bad grades though) but all I am actually good at is English and history. I like playing musical instruments, alone or in a band, and I absolutely love traveling. I am about to start studying at university (Archeology!!). I am a good and loyal friend and am not afraid of work so I can help you with almost everything (what I mean is washing dishes or painting a wall don't expect me to operate a forklift or something :D )

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

As I said, I love traveling, but I've never had much money so I've only been to a few countries. I want to expand the list of places I have seen and I want to meet new people and learn about their culture (which is the Couchsurfing made for I know :D that's why I'm here). Also I and my friend Jakub Širůček are looking for a summer job in England but haven't found one yet so we're hoping you could help us or at least give us some tips :) That said, we would really appreciate if we could stay longer but it's not a condition.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

When it comes to books my favourite is the Lord of the rings series, Hobbit (and other books from J.R.R. Tolkien) I also love Harry Potter, Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, the Song of ice and fire series and other books from the fantasy and scifi genre. As for the movies, I really like the Marvel movies and some other action films but I don't mind some old classics. Shortly, it's not about the genre it's about the quality of the film. But my weakness is horror movies though, I hate those :/ (easily scared). Music is very important to me (maybe even more than books and defenitely more than movies). Even though I like old classical music and listen to some modern authors, the 50's to early 90's period is what I love the most. In particular it's the good ol' classical rock and blues and even some metal. To sum it up Rock n roll is the best but as long as it has real musical instruments in it I am willing to give it a shot. (some examples of my all time favourite: Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones, Queen, Guns n roses, Beatles, Jethro tull, etc.)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I can't say I've done something super crazy like bungee jumping or skydiving but I have been on many boy scout camps and took some trips into the "wilderness" (=read stormy forrests and stuff) with my friends...That's pretty amazing for me :)

I can share facts about my country (Czech republic). And I will be honest about it...Wanna hear about our crappy politicians or Czech beer (the best in the world) or other things? I can tell you :)
