我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love to travel. If I could, I would devote most of my life to travelling. I believe that meeting the other cultures and other people is the best way for people to grow and expand their horizons.
Travelling with agencies is not my cup of tea. Unless you get to see the city or the place through the eyes of its inhabitants- I am sure you cannot get to know it well and feel the atmosphere.
I have discovered CS only recently and fell in love with it in an instant, since it helps people meet other people of similar interest, talk to them, have a beer or a cup of cofee with someone who can teach you something not written in the baedeker or guidebooks. And if you host- it feels like a kind of travelling without leaving the place. :)
I cannot host very often, but even if I do not host you- feel free to contact me if you are coming. I will do my best to meet you and show you around. I love to meet other people and at the same time brag a bit how well I know my hometown ;) :)

I will be a friend with many stories to share and a good listener as well. I can share a positive attitude. Wide Smiles :-) Teach a bit about public speaking and assertiveness... Also, I'll be glad to prepare a nice meal (or a few of them.. Yummie.) But, if someone doesn't want to be disturbed, I will try as much as I can and be almost invisible.
