I recently gave a "singing pitch" for my screenplay at the "Produced By" conference at Paramount Studios on May 31, 2015 before a panel of famous producers and an auditorium full of hundreds of producers. I was "good in a room" and left several producers literally "speechless" (Graham King/Stephanie Allain). Marshall Herskovitz liked it and said that it could be a movie. He advised me to get representation. Mark Gordon asked Mr. King if he'd like to buy my pitch. No response. So close and yet so far from success! But it was one of the most exciting highlights of my life. I also got to hobnob with celebrities in the green room because I was a "speaker." How cool was that. Made excellent connections.
